Regular cleaning service in East London – flexible visits - Cleaning East London

Regular Cleaning Service in East London (E)

If your weekends keep disappearing into hoovering and scrubbing the bath, a regular clean gives them back. Our regular cleaning service in East London keeps homes across E postcodes on track with weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits. Each visit follows a priorities list you agree with us, so the jobs that matter most to you get done every time.

Call us or send a few details about your home and how often you’d like a visit. We’ll come back with a free, no-obligation quote.

What we clean on a regular visit

A regular visit keeps a home clean once it’s in good shape. It isn’t a deep clean every time. We build your list around the rooms you use most and the jobs that bother you most.

Kitchen

  • Worktops, splashbacks and the hob top wiped and degreased
  • Cupboard fronts, handles and the outside of appliances, including the fridge door and the oven door glass
  • Sink, taps and drainer cleaned, with limescale kept down around the tap base
  • Microwave wiped inside and out
  • Bins emptied and lids wiped
  • Floor vacuumed and mopped, including the gap along the kickboards where crumbs collect

Bathrooms and toilets

  • Toilet cleaned inside and out, including the base, the pedestal and around the seat hinges
  • Basin, bath and shower tray scrubbed, with tiles cleaned within reach
  • Shower screen and chrome wiped and dried. A fortnightly wipe stops limescale building into the hard white crust that needs heavier treatment.
  • Mirrors polished and the floor washed

Bedrooms, living rooms and hallways

  • Reachable surfaces dusted, including shelves, bedside tables and the TV unit
  • Carpets and rugs vacuumed, hard floors mopped
  • Beds changed if you leave fresh linen out
  • Light switches, door handles and banisters wiped to remove fingerprints
  • Stairs vacuumed, including the edges where dust gathers

On fortnightly and monthly visits we often rotate the less frequent jobs. Skirting boards might be done one visit, the inside of the fridge the next, and the tops of door frames after that. You can see a typical room-by-room list on our cleaning checklist.

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleaning: which suits you

Choose the frequency that matches how quickly your home slips. Your free time matters less than you’d think.

  • Weekly cleaning suits families, homes with pets, shared houses and anyone who cooks most nights. Kitchens and bathrooms never reach the stage where they need serious work.
  • Fortnightly cleaning is the most common choice for couples and flats. You tidy in between and we handle the proper clean.
  • Monthly cleaning works for smaller flats where you keep on top of things yourself. Each visit has more to do, so it may need more time than a weekly slot.

If your home hasn’t had a thorough clean for a while, start with a one-off deep clean. After that, regular visits only have to maintain it rather than catch up, and the first few visits won’t feel rushed.

Extras, limits and when cleaning isn’t the answer

Some jobs aren’t part of a routine visit. We can quote them separately or add them now and then:

  • Oven interiors, racks and extractor filters. A greasy oven needs proper soaking time, so it’s better booked as an oven clean.
  • Carpet and upholstery extraction
  • Inside the fridge or freezer, and inside kitchen cupboards (these need emptying first)
  • External windows and high-level work that needs ladders
  • Balconies, garden furniture and bin stores

Some problems are beyond what cleaning can fix. We can clean surface mould off a bathroom ceiling. If black mould keeps coming back behind wardrobes or on cold external walls, the cause is usually condensation or damp, and it needs a landlord, a surveyor or better ventilation.

Etched marble, worn bath enamel and scratched hob glass won’t look new again, however carefully they’re cleaned. We won’t handle sharps, heavy pest contamination or anything that might contain asbestos. We’ll tell you if we find any of these.

How we set up a regular booking

  1. Tell us about your home. Let us know the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, any pets, how often you’d like us and when. Photos help if a room needs extra attention at the start.
  2. We agree your priorities list and quote. You’ll know the tasks, the visit length and the price upfront, before the first visit.
  3. We arrange access. You can be in, or leave a key, use a key safe or authorise your building’s concierge. We’ll agree how keys are kept and returned.
  4. The first visit is often longer. It takes time to learn your home, your products and where things go.
  5. We check against the list before leaving. If something on the agreed list has been missed, get in touch promptly and we’ll arrange to put it right. We’ll confirm how this works when you book.

We bring the cleaning supplies and equipment. You only need to clear clutter from worktops and floors, put away valuables and leave a note about anything that’s changed since the last visit.

Picking the best day and time

Pick the day you most want the house to feel clean. Many people choose Friday so the weekend starts with a tidy home. Others choose Monday or Tuesday to deal with the weekend’s mess. Fixing a regular day and time also makes it far easier to keep the same cleaner.

Some practical points for East London homes:

  • Parking. Many streets in the E area sit in controlled parking zones. Tell us about permits, visitor vouchers or a space we can use.
  • Flats and new-build blocks. Let us know about entry fobs, concierge sign-in or lift bookings before the first visit.
  • Converted houses. If you share a front door or hallway, tell us which areas are yours and which are communal.

Same cleaner each visit, and changing your plans

We aim to send the same cleaner to each visit where possible. They’ll learn which mug lives where, how your shower screen behaves and which rug the dog sheds on. If your cleaner is ill or on holiday, we’ll let you know and brief the cover cleaner with your notes and priorities list.

Plans change, and regular bookings can change with them. You can pause visits for holidays or building work, move to fortnightly over the summer or add a visit before guests arrive. Tell us as early as you can and we’ll confirm what can be rearranged. Short-notice changes depend on availability.

What changes the price of regular cleaning

Your quote depends on:

  • The size of the property and the number of bathrooms
  • The condition of the home when we start
  • How often we visit, since weekly homes usually need less time per visit
  • The tasks on your list and any rotating extras
  • Pet hair, which adds time on carpets, sofas and stairs
  • Access, parking and building arrangements

See our pricing page for how quotes are worked out. Your price is agreed before the first visit.

How we look after your surfaces

  • Separate cloths for each area. Toilet and bathroom cloths never go near the kitchen. Food-prep surfaces get their own cloth and are rinsed after cleaning.
  • The right product for the material. We don’t use acidic limescale removers on marble or limestone. We damp-mop oiled and lacquered wood floors rather than soaking them, and we clean stainless steel with the grain.
  • Products used as directed. We follow dilution and contact times on the label and don’t mix chemicals. Anything unfamiliar gets a test patch on a hidden area first.
  • Your preferences on file. Tell us about allergies, pets, products you prefer or surfaces you’re unsure about. Eco-friendly products are available on request, and we check they suit each surface.

What customers in East London say

“Fortnightly cleans for our two-bed flat. The shower screen actually stays clear now, which I’d given up on. Keys are in a lockbox and everything’s always back where it should be.” Hannah R., Walthamstow

“We’ve got two kids and a Labrador, so weekly was the only option. They do kitchen, bathrooms and floors first, then rotate the rest. Rearranging around the Easter holidays was easy.” Tom O., Leytonstone

“Monthly clean in a studio. First visit took longer than I expected but they warned me it would. Since then it’s been spot on.” Amara K., Stratford

“Our building needs a concierge sign-in and they sorted it before the first visit without me chasing. I’ve mostly had the same cleaner since we started.” David L., Canary Wharf

Regular cleaning FAQs

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Most regular customers leave a key, use a key safe or arrange concierge access. We agree key handling before the first visit.

Will I get the same cleaner every time?

Usually, yes. We aim for the same cleaner each visit where possible and brief a cover cleaner with your notes if your regular one is away.

Can I change what’s on my checklist?

Yes. Add a note for the day or tell us and we’ll update your priorities list. If a change adds time, we’ll agree the new scope and price first.

Is the oven included in a regular visit?

The outside, the door glass and the hob top are. Oven interiors need soaking and more time, so we quote them as a separate oven clean.

How do I pause my regular bookings?

Tell us as early as you can with your dates. We’ll confirm the pause and when visits restart. Short-notice changes depend on availability.

Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Yes, unless we’ve agreed otherwise. If you’d prefer we use your own products or a particular vacuum, tell us when you book.

Do you clean across all of East London?

We cover homes across the E postcodes. Send your postcode with your enquiry and we’ll confirm availability for your preferred day.
