Cleaning in Manor Park (E12)
We provide domestic, end-of-tenancy and commercial cleaning across Manor Park and the wider E12 postcode, from late-Victorian terraces near the station to flats above shops on Romford Road. Our cleaners are vetted and insured, they bring their own supplies and equipment, and we agree a checklist for your property before the first visit, so everyone knows what’s being cleaned and what isn’t.
Call 020 3947 0917 or send us a few details about the property and the clean you need. We’ll come back with a free, no-obligation quote with the scope and price agreed upfront.
Cleaning Manor Park’s terraces and converted flats
Much of Manor Park went up between 1877 and 1892, when the Corbett family built estates on former market gardens and farmland. Those houses still shape how we clean here. Expect narrow hallways, steep stairs, tiled front paths and, in plenty of homes, original fireplaces, cornicing and timber floors. Around the Durham Road Conservation Area near Manor Park station, the houses share a small range of matching styles, and many owners have kept the period details.
Tell us about original tiles, old floorboards or delicate finishes before we arrive. We’ll choose products that suit them, and if you’d like eco-friendly options, we’ll check they’re right for those surfaces first.
Many larger houses are now split into flats. If you’re on an upper floor, we carry the kit up and keep to your flat. Shared hallways and stairs aren’t included unless we’ve agreed that separately with whoever manages the building.
Homes on the northwest side sit close to Wanstead Flats, the southern end of Epping Forest. If dog walks and muddy boots come through your front door, we’ll give hallway floors and entrance mats extra attention on every visit. Let us know about pets beforehand.
Regular and one-off home cleaning
Our domestic cleaning visits follow the priorities you set. Usually that means kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, floors, dusting and tidying the rooms you use most. We can work around people at home, moving room by room, which suits households with shift workers or someone working from the front room.
If you’re out early on the Elizabeth line, we’ll agree keys and arrival arrangements in advance so the clean happens while you’re at work. Deep cleaning, oven interiors, carpet extraction and external windows aren’t part of a routine visit. We’ll quote for them separately if you want them added.
Moving out of a rented home in E12
Rented property is a big part of Manor Park. Newham’s selective licensing scheme has covered all non-HMO rented homes in the Manor Park ward since June 2023, so landlords and agents here are used to keeping track of property standards. A licence doesn’t clean the place for you, though, and a handover still comes down to how the home looks against the inventory.
Our end-of-tenancy cleaning checklist is built around the inventory or the agent’s cleaning requirements. It typically covers:
- kitchen units inside and out, worktops, tiles and the hob
- bathrooms, including limescale on taps, screens and tiles
- skirting boards, doors, switches and window sills
- floors throughout, with carpet extraction quoted separately if needed
The best time to book is between moving your furniture out and the check-out inspection. We can’t repair wear and tear or damage, and we can’t guarantee a deposit return. We do check the agreed work before we leave. If anything’s been missed, report it promptly and we’ll put it right. We’ll confirm re-clean eligibility and the reporting window when you book.
Shops, offices and getting to your door
For shops and small offices along Romford Road and High Street North, we plan cleaning around your opening hours where we can, either early before trading or after you close. Our retail cleaning covers shop floors, counters, glass and staff areas, and larger premises may need a quick walkthrough before we quote.
Parking matters for timing. Manor Park’s resident permit zones run different hours. Some streets are weekday-only, others include Saturdays, and Salisbury Road operates around the clock. Tell us your street when you book and we’ll plan the arrival to suit. Short-notice slots depend on availability, so the earlier you get in touch, the more choice you’ll have.
